Happy 22nd Birthday to Hubby...

Someone turns old already..hehehe Today is my hubby's 22nd birthday. This is also the first time i can't stay beside him and celebrate this wonderful day with him.. I'm really feeling bad and sad until we had a small quarrel yesterday! =P (notty the both of us!! )

But my bibi said last year also he can't celebrate my birthday with me, so this year he also "makan sendiri" lor...and yeah, last year I celebrate with my frens in Australia, so this year he celebrates with his frens too in Neway~~ ohhhhh that's unfair..all my best frens are there without me n Siew Fong..how dare u guys?? =(
dun forget the 2 singing queens are in Aussie..hahaha

Bibi, although i can't be with u in this day and also can't send u ur "wanting for so long" present...I will once again celebrate with u besar-besaran when im back in Msia okay? which will be 6 weeks later..kekeke

The Last Day of Uni Life

It has been a long time since i updated my blog few weeks ago..coz all of us are having our Final's Final exam in our uni life..

Yes! exactly! today is the last day of my uni life! yahooooooooo..... (hopefully i can all past! sure can! must can!)

Today i have suggested Yin, Rine n Lavi to wear pretty pretty and we gonna take aloooooooot pictures in this beautiful university.. and we also have our yummy yummy lunch at the refectory in the uni...guess wat did i have for my brunch? hmm..a Uncle Toby cereal bar, a donut (from yin), half of ginger-basil pork (from refreg), half of vegie roll (from uni bakery), a Hot Tiramisu Hot chocolate (from Mr's Bean Coffee Shop) and we share a piece of choc mud cake as well....(from yin)... oh god..the ever FULL and SATISFY brunch!!!

After our lunch, we went to the pond in uni to take our "model" pictures... yeah our uni have alot of ponds, nice view but the pond abit dirty and there are alot of duckie and lizards...we posed alot and laugh alot...really had fun! and we even taken down a video of our funny expressions! oh god..pai seh lar!

Then, we also went to the NEW bridge built in uni connecting the university and WestEnd ---> Green Bridge! Again we posed alot like taking studio pictures..Yin n Rine were like "couple" taking wedding pictures! (hopefully ppl wont thought that they are lesbians..hahaha)
But too bad our hardworking Lavi couldnt join us for the Green Bridge Photo Session.. =(

After photo session, Yin n Rine have their last class of Tap Dance, so I decided to "gehpo" their performance! It was fantastic! I should have joined them since the beginning of semester. It was really very very fun! The instructor is really adorable. I just could not get my eyes over from her actions and expression! She is too pretty and sexy and cute! hehehe Yin n Rine danced very well too..really like a performer on stage!

Today is just like we have finish our finals and we are taking our graduation photos around the uni..hahaha..BUT, girls, there are still 2 weeks to go okay? Enjoy fully after the finals...

OK! I should stop writing and get back to my studies now. As i'm going to have my finals on:

21 June -- Finm 1401

yeah i know! My exam timetable is crazy.. continuous! non-stop of exams! But i will be a free bird after 21st of June..wakakaka

“父子”

刚刚看完了这套由郭富城，杨彩妮和一个小男孩演的这部片子------> “父子"

故事背景是摄于霹雳州一带,生活背景和说话方式都跟足了我国人讲话的语气,看起来还蛮有亲切感的...尤其那小孩真得演得很逼真,他的眼睛好像会说话似的,让你了解他心里的不开心.郭富城也把那个角色演的淋漓尽致,他那颓废的样子还真得很颓废! 果然是影帝!这套戏好像也拿了不少奖吧!!

这时候就会想起了我国报章上所报的新闻,其实也大多数发生在比较穷困的家庭中,妈妈跑路了,爸爸就和孩子一起自杀...或者是好像这套戏里一样,爸爸在生活艰难当中教自己孩子去偷东西,到最后还要畏罪潜逃...这能怪谁呢?
怪妈妈吗?妈妈跑路也只不过是爸爸没用,她想找寻更好的幸福啊!
怪爸爸吗?爸爸也只不过是不想让自己和孩子挨饿呀!
怪小孩子不听话吗?不是呀!他很听话,爸爸教他做什么,他也不敢拒绝!最后偷东西被逮到了,还被那家人打的痛不欲生,直喊爸爸,爸爸却畏罪潜逃! 结果,爸爸还有面目去儿童感化院见自己的孩子请求原谅,孩子当然不理他,还送了他一分"大礼"!!!

这能说是人类的一种求生意志吗?人为了生活什么事都做得出,包括要自己老婆去陪座,要自己孩子去偷东西?可我觉得做大人得是不是应该对自己所作的事负责呢?如果他们连自己都养不活,为什么还要把孩子生下呢？为什么要把所有的罪推到孩子身上呢? 这小孩也因为家庭的问题而失去了小孩子应有的童真与快乐...他别无选择,怪就怪他前世作了不好的事,今生要被安排在一个这样的家庭里? 爸爸有错,妈妈也很自私!她为了自己能生活得好一些,就不顾一切的抛下他们.一直到最后都不肯回来看看他们!也许她的留下能改变结局吗?

我喜欢故事的最后,就是孩子长大了会想了,他敢面对他的过去,回去向自己的错误认错..可是他就一直都不面对他的爸爸,他不肯原谅他吗?还是其实心里已经原谅了?

这套片子还蛮赞的!是看了"门徒"后的让我感触良多,意见多多的另一套戏!

I have asked my fren in US but he said dunno.. (guys are not sensitive in cooking materials, except my hubby coz he likes to cook pasta!)

布里斯本佛诞节

这是我人生中第一次在外国过佛诞节。。哦！佛诞节也就是我们的卫塞节，也就是佛祖出生的那一天。。

这次的佛诞节是由中天寺(佛光山)和一些机构举办的

就在上个周末，我们就到了在Southbank举行的佛诞节庆祝会。。我，玲和云一考完试就坐着她男友的车直往目的地。由于刚刚考完试心情非常的兴奋，把原本我们的目的变成了“吃喝玩乐”！！（其实我们本来要去做义工的，可是那边实在太多吸引我们的东西了！！所以剩下之中最勤力的Chee Siang在那边帮老人家写书法去了.)

云也和他男友去帮其他的小朋友写书法,剩下"最不听话"得我和玲迈向最吸引我们的"食物"去了!果然那边买了好多好多好吃的东西,而且大多数是我们有三个月没吃过的华人传统食物:萝卜糕,春卷,粽子,饺子,加里,刨冰,冷面...等等等...(而且着全部都是斋的哦,玲可大有口服了!!)结果我们就一下子吃了好多的东西,搞得我这几天都胖了.. :( (连我爱人也说我胖了!!!)

吃饱后我们就继续到处逛逛,一直到晚上等待我最爱的烟花的到来..还就没看过这么美的烟花了,真希望我爱人可以和我分享那一刻的喜悦...

这里我最影响深刻的大概是这边的老外也学起了中文,还卷舌的呢,唱起中文歌来也还蛮准的.佩服佩服!我们应该也要把英文学好吧!=p

Chia Chin Chow Day

There were some misunderstanding happened btw me and my frens at the days before. After a night of 'internet conference', problems have been solved and we have voiced out what we wanted to tell each other. I really want to apologise one more time to u guys and thanks for forgiving me and tell me wat mistake i have been made.

"bible" of the week

This is what we so-called "bible" of the week...

Dlang..Dlang.. The weekly supermarket brochure!

Every Monday we will be looking forward to this "bible" as it shows what things are having promotion in this week. "chips, cookies, juice, ice-cream, chocolate...everything!"

Then we will start asking each other when are we going to Coles or Woolsworth? I want to get this..I wan to get that..This is cheap! wa..this one look nice leh!!

Yes! We enjoy doing groceries shopping! Although we know we already have a lot/enough food at home, but we still want to buy them!

All right! It's time for me to read my 'bible' now! =P

My 1st successful Pizza Bread

This is my lunch for today!

okay! the pic doesnt look nice! but it tastes nice!

Ingredients: tomato sauce, minced chicken, mushroom, onion, cheese (whatever ingredients that you like lah! =P)

Method: spread tomato sauce on bread, put everything on top of the bread and then cheese on top. Put in the microwave / oven to bake it until the cheese melt.

Serve it with your favourite drink! yum~ yum

I actually tried to make pizza bread once before at my bf's house. But it was not successful! And now it is successful but he can't taste it. Too bad! hehehe

想念你。。。

自从刚到这里哭了整个礼拜到现在，已经很久没有像今天这样这么想念他了。。。不知为什么，就突然很想看看他，跟他聊聊天。。可是他在忙。。

之前我还一直告诉自己时间过得很快，还有3个月左右我就可以天天看见他，跟他去吃饭，跟他去看戏，还有好多好多等等。。其实三个月真得很快过的, 可是在这3个月里有我人生最大的考验（出社会之前，这算是最大考验吧！），那就是好好念完这个学期就毕业了！但就是提不起劲儿来读书，好懒哦！

就是因为这是最后关头了，我不想前功尽弃，辜负我父母的一番苦心，所以我更加应该好好念! 就是一直盯着书看，觉得时间过得好慢哦！可是望一望身旁的日历，又好像觉得时间不够。。 哇，快疯了！

我的他是我的精神支柱，只要我泄气时，他一鼓励我，我就好像精神饱满似的！这个时刻正在念书的我没有他的鼓励，突然很想念他，很想听听他的声音。

最近这里天气转凉了，大概冬天即将来临了，天空也提早天黑了。我是个怕黑的人，觉得夜深人静就特别寂寞，这让我更更想念他了。

Easter Port Luck

We had a Easter port luck party at our house yday. It was a successful and a fun one!

We started to prepare the party before yday =P The three of us start decorating our house on the day before. The decoration gave us a feeling of back to Kindergarden time! haha

Early morning we started to prepare food, because we got plenty of food to prepare. hehe Chee Siang also come early to help us up. While Mary was cooking dumpling, I was washing the plates, Chee Siang was cooking curry chicken, the little girl SueZEnn was "decorating" her food!

Easter Party

Yesterday Sue Zenn, Mary and I went for a Easter Party at Cesars Club, City.

We were waiting for the bus together at the bus stop near our house but the bus is too packed until I couldnt get in to the bus. Therefore I asked Suezenn n Mary to go without me and I will be going to Krine house. However, the two pretties keep calling me and ask me to go. At the end, i decided to take the following bus and meet them there.

As usual, the bus inside is very very noisy and packed during weekend nights. (Plus today is Good Friday, there will be more ppl heading to the city.) People will tend to speak land shout as some of them are drunk i suppose (especially guai low). I was so scared and wish the bus to reach the city faster.

Supposingly we are entitled of free entry before 9pm. However, we reach there by 9pm sharp and were told that we were late and we got to pay for the entrance fees. Our goal actually was to get their FREE chocolate, (According to them, there should be free flow of choc on that night.) but we are only given 2 small biji of easter chocs. :s

Then we went in and found there are very less of ppl at that time. Suezenn said there will be more ppl when it reaches late night. So we decided to order some drinks coz i was so so thirsty. MY Cruiser Passion fruit cost me $8 and Suezenn n Mary ordered a glass of Vodka Lime for $5. Although there are quite expensive, they are very nice to drink.

We listened to the music and dance and drink. Then when Suezenn's frens reached, she intro her frens to us. We got to know alot of frens on that day (mostly are suezenn's frens hehe) .

At last, Chee Siang and Sherley came to join us. Initially they said not coming, but were invited by their housemates at last minute. Then we chat and drink beside the dance floor.

Until 3am, we were very tired already and decided to go back with Patrick's car. However, his boss did not let him go until 4am. Therefore, we took a maxi cab with suezenn's frens who are staying at St Lucia as well.

A Satisfying Day

FRom last week, I already planned with Krine and Chin Yin to have our lunch today in Wedges Cafe (Chin Yin given the cafe this name) beside UQ Bookshop. I have been looking and drooling at their wedges since last sem and I finally got the chance to try it. It is really a big bowl of wedges with ur favourite sauce.

Bread of the day -- Pizza Bread

We ordered a bowl of wedges and a Bread of the day(which is actually pizza bread). They taste nice and BIG! At first we were really enjoying it, but it is really very big and since we dun wan to waste the food, so we just keep putting the potatoes into our mouth!

At the end, dang dlang, three asian girls finish the whole big bowl of wedges and the pizza bread. (Actually there should be 4 of us, Lavi FFK at last minute! ) hehe, but I don't mind going there to eat once again before I graduate! =P

After that, I told both of them that UQ Union has the FREE badge making service and since we still have one hour of break. We decided to show our creativity with the badges.

Yin is a very creative girl, she drawed the most, one for mother, one for sister....etc. hehe
She also drawed one for me and one for my sis. (although my sis that one abit cacat due to the careless mistake made by the Union girl.) I also drawed one for my beloved darling. Rine also draw for herself too. hehe guess she wants to go back and choose the best one for her darling ler..

At that moment, we keep thinking whether the booth will still be there tml or next week. coz we really still have alot to draw =P

Mee Goreng Sardines

After three months of sweet memories, I have came back to this boring city.
(Brisbane actually quite boring! =P)

Everything goes back to the same, same routine everyday!
class==> eat==>online==>sleep!

The oni thing change is we moved out from the old Sir Fred Schonell Drive to new house at Brisbane St which is nearer to the uni. And now oni me, suezenn and mary staying together in a BIG house!

The most happy time in a week is doing groceries shopping! haha..we keep looking and reading the brouchure in every beginning of the week when Coles and Woolys send the brouchure to our house! wa this is cheap, buy! wa this one nice, buy! We treat the brouchure as our 'bible'. haha I guess we are very qualified to become "aunties" now!!

AFter buying the weekly groceries, I will normally plan what to prepare for lunch and dinner for the days. (really like aunty thinking what to cook for family! haha)

Yesterday, I was very satisfied with my MEe Goreng SArdine!

Very easy ingredients and method! just fried the noodle with sardine and vege..then you will have the tastiest MEe Gorent Sardine!!
Yummy! REally feel like cooking it now for my hubby!

By the way, I really miss lou shi fun , chee cheong fun, ju yok yun, roti telur, nasi lemak ALOTTTT!!!!

Previously I was using MSN Space, but i don't really like some of the features so my hubby suggested me to change to Blogspot. And he is waiting for the nice pictures from me at Australia.
